About the Human Services Center Corporation

The Human Services Center was created in 1982 under an initiative of the Allegheny County Commissioners. As a private, nonprofit 501c3 organization, the Center is owned and operated by the Human Services Center Corporation (HSCC). Currently, more than 750 people receive services daily.
